Theresa May ‘Nose’ float was first seen at the Rose Monday Carnival procession in Dusseldorf on 4th March 2019 and subsequent was transported too the UK to use in the People’s Vote March in London on 23rd March 2019.
The Nose Float was mounted on a trolley, rather than on a truck as the use of trucks within a protest march was banned by the Police. This enabled more intimate interaction with protesters as can be seen in the video. It also enabled the Nose to be ‘wheeled out’ many times subsequently, although only stored in a sheltered location (rather than within a building). This led to her demise and destruction soon after Theresa May was voted out of office.
Later in 2019, the Dominic Cummings ‘Puppet’ Float was specially commissioned to appear at the ‘Final Say’ March in London on 19th October 2019. The video The Puppet shows how it was created and its appearance at the ‘Final Say March’.
